Our Founder and Senior Planner, has been in the financial services industry for over 19 years. Steven specializes in macro-economic financial planning. His innovative approach to finance has been recognized by industry professionals and clients alike. He has mentored many colleagues in the art of personal finance. He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Steven was presented with the Top Advisor Award given by Cadaret Grant and Company for his outstanding accomplishments.

Kathy Pagartanis

Our Director of Marketing, Kathy Pagartanis, is responsible for developing and implementing advertising and promotional strategies. She also manages the initiation and executing of marketing campaigns for product awareness and customer satisfaction. Kathy has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and a background in management. She is also a Notary Public.

Camille DiLieto

Our Director of Business Development, Camille DiLieto, cultivates relationships with families and businesses throughout the community. She also coordinates charity and community events for Omega Planning Associates. She has a BA degree in English/Journalism and many years experience in business development and writing.

Carol Eberle

Our Administrative Assistant, Carol Eberle has worked in the legal field for over 18 years, serving as a mortgage underwriter for 5 of those years. Also acting as a Notary, Carol ensures that our customer's needs are attended to promptly and thoroughly by our highly trained staff.
